All our cast lip assemblies have been engineered and tested in underground hard rock conditions at some of the world’s leading mine sites. We have designed the metallurgy and profile to meet the rigorous environment of moving rock. Our custom designs fit any size bucket, across all major manufacturers. Standard features and benefits include:•425 Brinell castings coupled with strategically placed 700 Brinell specialty alloy inserts •Designed to accommodate all scoop tram bucket configurations •Self sharpening shrouds provide increased penetration to improve lifecycle times and reduce tire wear •Robust designs withstand high impacts, repetitive stresses, and static loads •Increased lifecycle of 2-3 times are possible •Reduced downtime •Increased production and time at the face •Easy and efficient installation

These unique shrouds are available in a range of sizes and thicknesses, to accommodate multiple manufacturers GET dimensions. They are formed using hardened steel with a 450 BHN rating. Custom sizes and configurations are available upon request.

HEEL AND CORNER SHROUDS
Our 400 BHN cast heel shrouds include weights of 30, 40, 85, and 150 pounds and fit any manufacturer’s scoop buckets and large shovels. They are available in a plain cast, or a severe duty version that has 700 BHN chrome white iron inserted to improve the total lifecycle. We also offer edge protectors in a curved or straight profile.
